Grilled king salmon filet, grilled corn on the cob, yams

Since I was on the west side of town, I decided to try Wild Salmon and see what they had. I’ m impressed. Better quality, good cuts, and comparable pricing to the supermarket.

Everything gets grilled when it’s barbecue night. The salmon, obviously, and tonight I decided to use a marinade. Very nice. The corn just goes on the grill, husks and all, for 10-15 minutes. The yams, alas, were too big to cook all the way through. They needed a little microwaving.

But it was all good, nonetheless.
